Transparency Revela’t 2025

At the EspaiFoto Photography Association, we understand that transparency is a fundamental value for the trust and sustainability of our cultural project. Therefore, we want to share clearly and accessibly the information related to the financial and organizational management of the Revela’T Festival.

Financial Management

The festival has a funding structure based on public grants, private sponsorship, own revenues (such as registrations and material sales), and in-kind contributions.

In 2025, the executed budget was 204.494,04 €, with a perfectly balanced balance, meaning that all income fully covered the expenses without generating any deficit or surplus.

Income

The main sources of income were:

• Generalitat de Catalunya (OSIC): 53.111,00 €
• Vilassar de Dalt Town Hall: 40.000,00 €
• Diputació de Barcelona: 18.000,00 €
• Sponsors and other entities: 9.003,51 €
• Own revenues (registrations, material sales, etc.): 75.379,53 €

Expenses

The most relevant expense items were:

• Organization and management: 55.118,55 €
• Artistic fees, direction, and production: 34.824,78 €
• Setup and takedown: 30.965,11 €
• Communication and design: 43.526,50 €
• Other operational costs and management: 25.752,28 €

Each expense has been assigned efficiently, prioritizing artistic quality and economic sustainability.

In-Kind Contributions

In 2025, an in-kind contribution with an approximate value of 103,450.00 € was recorded. If this value is added to the budget, the total value of the project rises to 307,944.04 €.

Commitment

All planning, execution, and justification processes undergo internal controls, and institutional monitoring, with the aim of ensuring transparent, efficient management that aligns with the cultural and social values of the project.
