Transparency Revela’t 2024
At the EspaiFoto Photography Association, we understand that transparency is a fundamental value for the trust and sustainability of our cultural project. Therefore, we want to share clearly and accessibly the information related to the financial and organizational management of the Revela’T Festival.
Financial Management
The festival has a funding structure based on public grants, private sponsorship, own revenues (such as registrations and material sales), and, in previous years, in-kind contributions.
In 2024, the executed budget was €227,447.57, with a perfectly balanced balance, meaning that all income fully covered the expenses without generating any deficit or surplus.
Income
The main sources of income were:
- Generalitat de Catalunya (OSIC): 67.211,00 €
- Vilassar de Dalt Town Hall: 34.000,00 €
- Ministry of Culture: 30.000,00 €
- Diputació de Barcelona: 20.000,00 €
- Sponsors and other entities: 11.805,00 €
- Own revenues (registrations, material sales, etc.): 64.431,57 €

- Other operational costs and management: 66.682,74 €
Each expense has been assigned efficiently, prioritizing artistic quality and economic sustainability.
In-Kind Contributions
In 2024, no in-kind contributions were formally accounted for, although they had been valued in previous years:
€54,707.45 in 2022 (according to the Artimetria study) and €106,189 in 2023. If this value were maintained, the total project budget would rise to €333,636.57.
Commitment
Revela’T continues to grow, but it does so with rigor and responsibility. All planning, execution, and justification processes undergo audits, internal controls, and institutional monitoring, with the aim of ensuring transparent, efficient management that aligns with the cultural and social values of the project.
Return
The Revela’T Festival receives a grant of €40,000 through an agreement with the Vilassar de Dalt Town Hall, which attracts an additional €108,222.61 from other public administrations, generating a total direct economic effect of €249,643.37 and an estimated total economic impact on production of €356,990.02. It is highlighted that for every € invested by this institution, the return on investment (ROI) is 1:8.9. These figures are detailed in the “Study of the Impacts of the Revela’T Festival,” prepared by Artmetria with the support of the Diputació de Barcelona..
