Revela’t is made possible by a team of people who share the same conviction: that analogue photography should remain a living, relevant language capable of bringing people together and building community.

The festival is organised by Associació Fotogràfica Espaifoto, a non-profit cultural organisation that has been working for more than 15 years to research, promote and support contemporary analogue photography.

The core team works throughout the year in areas such as curatorial development, exhibition production, coordination with artists and institutions, communications, education and festival management. It is an ongoing and often invisible effort that involves imagining, developing and making each edition possible.

During the festival, this core team expands thanks to the involvement of collaborators, technicians and volunteers, who help ensure that everything runs smoothly—from exhibition installation and welcoming visitors to workshops and activities during the main weekend.

Revela’t also exists thanks to the support of public institutions, sponsors and partner organisations. Public funding and the income generated by the festival cover part of the project—between 20% and 25%—although each edition continues to present a significant financial and organisational challenge.

Despite these difficulties, the festival continues to grow thanks to a combination of passion, commitment and strong relationships built over the years.

More than a team, Revela’t is an international community of photographers, laboratories, researchers and analogue photography enthusiasts.
