2025 Transparency
Our commitment to transparency
At Associació Fotogràfica EspaiFoto, we believe that transparency is essential to building trust and ensuring the sustainability of our cultural project. For this reason, we aim to share clear and accessible information about the economic and organisational management of the Revela’t Festival.

Financial management
The festival’s funding structure is based on public grants, private sponsorship, its own revenue—such as registration fees and the sale of materials—and in-kind contributions.
In 2025, the executed budget amounted to €204,494.04, with a fully balanced result. In other words, all income covered the expenses in full, with neither a deficit nor a surplus.
Income
The main sources of income were:
- Generalitat de Catalunya (OSIC): €53,111.00
- Vilassar de Dalt Town Council: €40,000.00
- Barcelona Provincial Council: €18,000.00
- Sponsors and other organisations: €9,003.51
- Own revenue—registration fees, sales of materials, etc.: €75,379.53
Expenses
The most significant areas of expenditure were:
- Organisation and management: €55,118.55
- Artistic fees and production: €34,824.78
- Installation and dismantling: €30,965.11
- Communications and design: €43,526.50
- Other operational and management costs: €25,752.28
Each expense was allocated efficiently, prioritising artistic quality and financial sustainability.
In-kind contributions
In 2025, in-kind contributions worth approximately €103,450.00 were recorded. When this amount is added to the budget, the total value of the project comes to €307,944.04.
Commitment
All planning, implementation and reporting processes are subject to internal controls and institutional oversight, with the aim of ensuring transparent and efficient management aligned with the project’s cultural and social values.

Return on investment
Festival Revela’t receives a €40,000 grant through an agreement with Vilassar de Dalt Town Council, which attracts an additional €108,222.61 from other public administrations. This generates a total direct economic effect of €249,643.37 and an estimated total economic impact on production of €356,990.02. The study also highlights that, for every euro contributed by the Town Council, the return on investment is 1:8.9. These figures are included in the Study of the Impacts of Festival Revela’t, carried out by Artmetria with the support of Barcelona Provincial Council.
