The workshop is aimed at amateur and professional photographers interested in analogue and handcrafted processes.
It is designed to explore the creation of unique and original images through the direct positive technique—that is, directly from the camera onto photographic paper.
It is an accessible yet rigorous process, whose successful execution depends on mastering certain essential technical principles that will be covered in detail during the workshop.
Participants will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to control both the materials and the process, providing them with a solid analogue tool to expand their creative resources.

Requirements
Previous experience in analogue photography is not essential, although a basic familiarity with the fundamental concepts of operating a camera is recommended.
Chechu Disparafilm is a photographer specialising in analogue processes. Trained at the Jerez School of Art, he has more than ten years of professional experience and a strong commitment to bringing chemical photography to new audiences from a contemporary perspective.
He is the founder of Disparafilm, a leading community in Spain for people who enjoy film photography, and the director of Club Analógico, an educational space that encourages collective experimentation and the development of personal projects.
He has led workshops and talks at festivals, associations and community laboratories throughout the country. His work is characterised by a constant search for alternative and original methods, championing analogue photography as a way to stand out and create with a distinctive personal identity.
