Cancellation Policy

Before making a booking

Before booking a place on a workshop or activity at the Revela’t Festival, we recommend that you carefully check the date, time, location and specific conditions of the activity. This policy applies to paid registrations and bookings for activities organised by the festival.

Cancellation periods are calculated based on the start date of the activity. If you expect that you will be unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by email. Before completing your purchase, you can also check the workshop programme and the ticket information for Revela’t 2026.

Cancellation conditions

• • If you need to cancel your participation, please email us at espaifotografic@gmail.com at least 15 days in advance. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid.
  • If you notify us of your cancellation between 8 and 14 days before the start of the activity, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within the 7 days prior to the activity are not eligible for a refund.
  • The Revela’t Festival may cancel an activity if the minimum number of registrations is not reached or if circumstances arise that prevent it from taking place. In this case, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
  • If an activity is cancelled by the festival, Revela’t will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation or transport expenses incurred by participants. For this reason, we recommend checking the status of the activity before making travel arrangements.
  • Places and registrations are personal and non-transferable. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to the deadlines set out in this cancellation policy.
