La Idea de Éxito
“La Idea de Éxito”, by Markel Redondo, is a photographic project that explores how our conception of progress has transformed the landscapes of the Valencian community .
Through a documentary approach, the series examines patterns of uncontrolled urbanization and spaces designed for fleeting prosperity, questioning what we, as a society, define as success.
With a carefully crafted aesthetic that blends documentary photography with critical reflection, this exhibition invites visitors to reconsider the marks left by economic growth on our surroundings and the decisions that shape the landscape.
Do these changes respond to our real needs, or are they symbols of an unsustainable model of progress? “La Idea de Éxito” not only portrays transformed landscapes but also sparks a dialogue about the contradictions of development and the collective aspirations that define our future.
