Instants Viscuts

The exhibition of the photographer Lluís Ripoll with the name Instants Viscuts consists of three blocks of a total of 38 copies made by the author in Silver Gelatin on paper and Seleni bath, representing three stages of life, Childhood, Youth and Maturity, with moments captured from each of them and with the intention of reflecting three concepts that are considered essential in photography: knowing how to observe, the fact of giving a content to the image by telling a little story, and capturing the instant, what we know as the decisive moment.

No other art has this power to freeze in a vivid image a whole moment, feelings and a little story. This is what interests the author most through a photograph, to convey emotions.
