Twentysix Abandoned Catalan Gasoline Stations

Between April 2011 and January 2017 I devoted myself to finding, visiting and shooting in an obsessive way all the unused gas stations I could find along the roads of Catalonia, aiming to make my own particular remake of Ed Ruscha’s classic book Twentysix Gasoline Stations. The result was this series of photographs which I managed to turn into a photobook with the help of publisher and graphic designer José de Almedia, from Camera Infinita Books.
