Alea

The process of uncertainty as a project of transformation or as a generator of new paths could be considered as one of the lessons that Homer left us in the Odyssey.

Moreover, Roger Caillois defined as alea this gratuity against the lack of certainty at human becoming, who confronts an action regardless of the final result, and not caring about it either.

Alea wishes to explore this mental state where man faces his own reality with no famine of results through the hesitation or scepticism offered to him by the game, facing the edges of rationality while opening his doors to a new apprehension of the world.

His photographic practice is interested in the uncertainty that a creative process can offer, shadowing the complexity of the procedure with the simplicity of everyday actions.
