Escenes from a Junkyard

This show represents my photographic Odyssey that began in Spain twenty years ago. I was twenty-three, backpacking the northern coast with 150 rolls of film and visions of the amazing photos I would capture. I returned home after shooting just four rolls, having wound up sick, broke, and lonely. In preparation for this trip, I have come full circle and know that what I really returned with back then was my belief that we don’t have to travel far to take good pictures. All of my images are now created on site at my studio, which is also a salvage yard.
