Creating photographic portfolios (26 and 27 May)

Workshop with Julián Ochoa

The main difference between a course and workshop, is that in the second you don't go just to listen. Work together to reflection, they are reference for the student.

This workshop will place special emphasis on the creation of a body of photographic work through the development of collections of photographs that allow us to develop a creative language. In the Revela-T Festival, how could it be otherwise, in analog.

During the workshop participants projects will be reviewed, making editing exercises accompanied by multiple dialogues that allow us a better understanding of how we can create a visual narrative.

For this, the workshop will be divided into two parts:

  • The first one will take place on 26 and 27 May 2016; in it the basis for future individual and collective project will be created, and participants will bring different views and the sum of all, a unique vision.
  •  The second part will coincide with the Revela-T 2017, where we will enjoy the re-encounter and will be the time of delivery of work, discussion and conclusions.

During the implementation of projects, between the first and second part, there will be a periodic relationship with students via the Internet for the proper development of the activity.

This workshop will be taught by Julian Ochoa, grandmaster of many photographers, excellent photographer and great laboratorist.
