casanova&egeaThis project states that the personality lies behind the physic characteristics of the person. To do this, the possibilities of interaction between two-dimensional and three-dimensional systems in image generation are explored as well as the material and lighting needs that can converge to generate the image.

Based on the modification of some of the material values of a three-dimensional volume, particularly those that affect their behavior in relation to light, a series of photographic experiments were carried out to generate projections and lighting settings that are fixated by contact with photosensitive paper.

The portraits are done in three steps. In the first place, a three-dimensional figure in clay is done and a silicone mold is obtained form it. From this mold a copy of the original figure is done, this time in a transparent material. Finally, in the laboratory, the transparent figure standing between photo paper and a light source generates an image.
